I’m at day 23 now.. I havent been updating my food diary but i’m still eating good :) i believe.. a much more controlled diet than before.
also, ive been doing more cardio, HIIT almost every other day! :) really like the videos i saw on blogilates and i’ve been following cassey’s workout routines + cardio! :)
prepared chicken breasts for wraps for the week alr.. and my exams are coming! :( less time spent going out is a good thing eh, i’ll get to eat healthier and stick to my daily workout routines!
